Terms & Conditions for Fuel Voucher

1.This fuel voucher can be redeemed at Selected HPCL outlets

2. The person who has the partner fuel Code/GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.

3. The partner is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

4. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed against one transaction

5. This is a ONE time use GV / GC with an expiration date.

6. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.

7.Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.

8. Fuel Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.

9.Any dispute related to the Fuel Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Partner shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of the partner.

11. The partner reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.

12. Partner reserves the right to withdraw Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion. In such a case, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will provide an alternate reward of similar value at its discretion.

13. The partner reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards and decision shall be final.

14.In no event the liability of the partner or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute i.e. Rs. 200

15. The partner Instant Gift Voucher/Paycode can be used only to pay for petroleum products (Petrol, Diesel and CNG) at Selected HPCL Outlets only.

 

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

1. This Voucher entitles you to the Rs. 200 Fuel Voucher at a participating Venues in select cities of India at Selected HPCL Outlets.

2. This offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Alcobrew Distilleries India Pvt. Ltd. and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.

3. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.

4. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.

6. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.

7. Only the purchases made between 10/11/2020 till 08/01/2021 will be considered for rewards.

8. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.

9. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.

10. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.

11. The Promotion & contest shall run on the select SKUs only.

12. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer

13. This offer is subject to promotional availability.

14. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.

15. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.

16. The “How to Use” instructions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

17. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including but not limited to accessing the promotional website, SMS charges to enter into the promotion, Call Charges, or Data Charges are the responsibility of each entrant. The entrant may be charged by their respective telecom operator as per their nominated tariff plan.

18. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd has already sent voucher code by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new phone number nominated by the entrant.

19. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

20. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

22. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.

23. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.

24. Alcobrew Distilleries India Pvt. Ltd. and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.

25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

26. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.

27. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.

28. The promoter does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by it's partners as vouchers. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.

29. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

30. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi.

31. You agree that promoter is not knowingly solicit information from children under 21 years of age, by using the services herein, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age or more and legally competent to bind yourself under the contract in terms of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and fulfil the age of drinking as permissible under applicable excise laws of your jurisdiction.

32. You are acknowledging that while surfing our website, you may be directed to another website which has their policy, terms and conditions and you agree to bind yourself with such contract with such website and Promoter or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any breach thereof and you expressly waive off all such claim against Promoter and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.
